Lofteze - About us - January 2012

Here you can find out all about Lofteze and the conversion process.

Lofteze understand that for many people this will be the first time that they have entered into such a large scale of work and it can seem a little daunting.

We get many questions from our customers enquiring about what procedures we will go through and what does the customer need to do from their side?

Lofteze Ltd - Loft Conversion Experts Lofteze are committed to the highest standards of quality in all our work and in order to help clarify the process we have produced a list of steps that a standard conversion could go through.

Initially we would suggest that you spend some time thinking about what sort of layout you would envisage for your new conversion, we can help you by providing a free no obligation survey during which we can recommend a layout based on our extensive experience.

Lofteze Ltd - Loft Conversion Experts If you live in a semi-detached or terraced property you will need to look into the Party Wall Act, which covers the shared loft wall(s) with your neghbours.

For more information on the Party Wall Act visit

After planning approval, work can begin.
